1997 - 2005: ASSISTANT OF DIRECTION - DESIGN LOAD.
- Co. PLASTIMOLD (95): 30 people - CA: 3 M€ - Manufacture of tools - Precision mechanics.
Tools of two-tone thermoplastic injection or bimati? Re for lighting or the automobile lanternery.
Environment: Machining of forms, optical Polishing, Electro erosion, CFAO, Fitting…
- Customers: Valéo, Axo, Magnetti Marelli, Allibert Equipment.
- Person in charge of the whole of the estimates: Definition of the schedule of conditions, figuring and negotiation.
- Planning of the load machines. Reporting, follow-up of businesses.
- Privileged Interlocutor of the customers, negotiation of the markets, presentation of the fronts projects…
- Officer project in his phase study and design.
- Management of the whole of the personnel. Right-hand man of the direction.
- Organizer of the meetings of launching then reviews of contract and project.
