Within a team of 25 people in load of the communication corporate and under the responsibility of the director of the external communication, I have the role the project management of institutional communication: annual report, booklets, e-newsletters, living rooms…
• Development of Marketing plans and Communication
• Drafting of schedules of conditions and budgetary evaluation of the operations.
• Selection of partners (agencies communication, printers, standists,…)
• Constitution and coordination of project teams
• General coordination, budgetary follow-up
