Microscopy: optics, contrast of phase, épifluorescence and fluorescence confocale; immunocytochimy: specific marking of the mitochondries by autofluorescence (NADH, FAD) or via the use of exogenic probes (TMRM, mitotracker, calcein/cobalt, mitoSOX, DCF-DA).
Handling of the animals: Wistar rats (nourished, with jeûn); injection into subcutaneous or intrapéritonéale of various agents (anaesthetic, medicamentous drugs).
