Competences Physiology: Measure intracellular concentrations in inorganic ions by spectrometry; osmometry; perfusion of shellfish gills; microinjection of biological substances (nucleic proteins and acids) or of drugs in ovocytes of Amphibians; handling of the radioactivity (14C, 32P, 3H, 125I); insulation of the mitochondries of various fabrics (liver, kidney, muscle); oxygraphy, measurement of the calcic holding capacity and the production of free radicals on cells whole, permeabilized, and on mitochondriales fractions. Cellular culture: culture of micro-organisms (following bacterial stocks: Pseudomonas, Arthrobacter, Bacillus) out of flasks or small fermentors; cellular cultures of immortalized lines (KB, HMEC-1, U937, K562, C6, HL-1, Caco-2) and of primary cells (BAEC, HUVEC, neurons, astrocytes); determination of cellular viability (test of exclusion to blue trypan, double marking iodizes propidium+annexineV with the cytometer of flow). Microscopy: optics, contrast of phase, épifluorescence and fluorescence confocale; immunocytochimy: specific marking of the mitochondries by autofluorescence (NADH, FAD) or via the use of exogenic probes (TMRM, mitotracker, calcein/cobalt, mitoSOX, DCF-DA). Handling of the animals: Wistar rats (nourished, with jeûn); injection into subcutaneous or intrapéritonéale of various agents (anaesthetic, medicamentous drugs). Other competences: drafting of articles, scientific projects, management, and oral presentation reports of the results (see list of the publications and participation in the national and international congresses in appendix); revision of articles.
