Description of the station

Attached to the Directorate-General, you have in responsibility of guarantee the realization of the sales of new real programs and to take part in the technical development and marketing of the new sets.

Your missions:
Commercial dimension/Management:

- To manage the commercial forces (sitted salesmen VEFA/upright): to animate, coordinate and organize the teams,

- To determine the sales goals and to take care of their realization,

- To establish the marketing strategy in agreement with the Directorate-General,

- To assist the commercial ones in their mission of marketing,

- To follow the results and to make of it the reporting near the Directorate-General.

Technical dimension development and Marketing:

- Participation in the evaluation of the feasibility of the programs,

- Estimate of the outlets of the programs,

- Identification of the customers concerned,

- Collaboration with the realization of the actions Marketing,

- Participation in the reviews of products,

- Installation of the strategy marketing and commercial.

Frequent displacements in Province, on the level of the agencies and sales offices are to be envisaged.


PROFILE:
H/F, of commercial or real formation, you justify of an experiment from 3 to 5 years minimum on a station of management of teams ideally in the sector of real promotion.


The knowledge of the laws related to the real financing is imperative at this station.

Methodical and rigorous, you are recognized for your qualities of manager. Your excellent relational direction enables you to develop a climate of confidence.

Your proven direction of the trade enables you to confirm to the teams your legitimacy in this station. Autonomous while having the team spirit, you can affirm yourselves.
